[Apc-foss] APC FOSS Wiki

Dear all,

I have set up a wiki to record this discussion:

The purpose of the wiki is similar to the purpose of this list - to map
the foss-related experience among APC network, to build a repository of
case studies, links to useful resources etc., that should help us to see
what other members' experience we can use for our work and what
possibilities there are for joint F(L)OSS projects.

* We had problems with installing wiki on APC server, so I re-used an
older installation, used for ActionApps planning. It is a bit
provisional - we should preferably use a dedicated installation.
However, it should work for us, at least for now. 
If you are willing to host a new wiki (perhaps MediaWiki), please go
already published (not that many).

* This is not a final and set structure. Go on and edit it, change the
structure, add pages.... The wiki is open (no psswd protection).

* I already fed in some information from the discussion that I thought
was useful to capture. I will be doing this on an ongoing basis, but
please, do update the pages yourselves as much as possible.
