Ten thousand families could be excluded from Internet service in Hungary

IndyMedia Hungary -- A recent decree by the Hungarian government which
bans outdoor use of a particular wireless frequency which provides
Internet to thousands of Hungarians in the so-called “last mile” -
people living in villages and small towns and other areas of low
population which are not well served by telephone companies - has been
condemned by NETÉRT, the Hungarian Internet Users' Society.
