[Pal-dc] Open Government Partnership meeting in Brasilia

Hi everyone

More than 50 governments are gathering this week in Brasilia to pledge
high standards of transparency, accountability and participation at the
first annual meeting of the Open Government Partnership
<http://www.opengovpartnership.org/> . This event represents a major
benchmark in an international movement to make government everywhere
more responsive and responsible to citizens.
