Dear Colleagues

Hello again from IFLA HQ. I wanted to give you all notification
regarding the forthcoming workshop on 'Digital Inclusion and Public
Access to the Internet: What Policymakers Need and how Libraries and
Other Community Services can Deliver' which will be held at the Internet
Governance Forum in Baku, Azerbaijan. This workshop is being organised
by IFLA, Electronic Information for Libraries (EIFL) and the Internet
Society (ISOC). A full description of the workshop, including a
provisional agenda and confirmed panellists, is now available here:
http://www.intgovforum.org/cms/w2012/proposals Please select workshop
130 from the list (it is near the top of the page).

The provisional programme for the IGF is now available for via the IGF
homepage (http://www.intgovforum.org/cms/), and our workshop is
currently scheduled for Tuesday November 6th at 14.30.

In the coming weeks we will also share with you details of the meeting
of the Dynamic Coalition on Public Access in Libraries, the Beyond
Access booth at the IGF, and the background paper we are preparing for
our workshop.

Registration for the IGF is now open (via the homepage). It would be
very useful to know if any of you on this list are coming to the IGF in
Baku - it would be great to meet anyone who is there at the workshop and
meeting, but also informally to talk about future co-operation etc.
Please feel free to mail me offlist or on!

Kind regards,

Stuart
