[Pal-dc] New Carnegie report on Public Libraries in the 21st century

Dear all
Last month the Carnegie UK Trust released a report and discussion paper
'A New Chapter: Public Library Services in the 21st Century' which I
hope some of you on this list might find interesting. The report
discusses levels and frequency of use of public libraries in the UK and
Ireland, as well as data on people's attitudes to public libraries - and
the things they say would encourage them to make more use of public
library services.
