[Pal-dc] report of meeting of DC-PAL

dear all interested in the Dynamic Coalition - Public Access in Libraries DC-PAL,

quite a roomful got together at IGF Baku for the first meeting of the Dynamic Coalition. The report is attached - I have not yet managed to upload it to the DC-PAL section on the IGF site but hope to find out how to do this soon. 

Thanks to IFLA and Beyond Access (BA) www.beyondaccess.net for their great collaboration in running this meeting. BA published a brief on Internet Access and Public Libraries as a background for our IGF meeting and workshop http://www.beyondaccess.net/publications/ - have a look! IFLA meanwhile has published a summary of our IGF workshop 130 on digital inclusion http://www.ifla.org/news/igf-baku-workshop-130-outcomes-digital-inclusion-and-public-access-to-the-internet.

We look forward to working with you on an active work programme in 2013, leading up to IGF in Jakarta.
