[Pal-dc] New award for innovative public and community libraries

Dear all -

EIFL-PLIP has announced its new award call - for public and community
libraries that contribute to social inclusion in the community. The prize
is US$1,500 and the deadline for submitting applications is November 30.
The call is open to public libraries - including branch libraries - and
community libraries in developing and transition countries, and we are
accepting applications in English, French, Spanish and Russian.

We would be extremely grateful if you would share this information with
potential applicants, or with people who may know of potential applicants.
