EIFL highly valued the experience of attending the WSIS Forum 2013. It was
an incredible opportunity for learning, sharing knowledge, and networking
with other delegates. Two public libraries programmes won WSIS Project
Prizes:


   - EIFL won in Category 4, Capacity Building, for the work of its Public
   Library Innovation Programme (EIFL-PLIP - see http://www.eifl.net/plip),
   and
   - Our grantee, Jagodina Public Library in Serbia, won in Category 3,
   Access to Information and knowledge, for their AgroLib-Ja service for
   farmers - see http://www.agrolib.rs/?lang=en
