[Pal-dc] IFLA welcomes the Outcome Document of the WSIS+10 Review

Dear Julia,

Receive my warm greetings from Nairobi and congrats to IFLA and the able
Team and continued to penetrate the most influential agencies as WSIS to
advocate the role of libraries in creating informed and just societies
throughout the world.

We will continue to follow this important conversations closely and utilize
the outcomes to empower our communities back in our countries and villages
in Africa and possibly  open up new frontiers of professionalism and
leadership at all levels of our lives.

Once again congratulation to the IFLA Research Team and Top Leadership.
