[Pal-dc] Report on DC-PAL session at IGF 2015 - your review needed

Hello everyone,

I've attached the draft report on our workshop at IGF 2015. I'd appreciate your review of the document to ensure that the main ideas from our discussion have been captured, if you attended the workshop.

I'll be submitting this on Tuesday, November 17, so if you have any corrections or additions, please provide them by then.

In the coming week, I'll be circulating a link for a document where we can continue the work of brainstorming actions for each stakeholder group during 2016.

As we gain further feedback on the Principles, we will also need to discuss next steps for that. Although the number of responses was not large for the idea rating sheets, I'd like to congratulate everyone on being part of the set of ideas that received the most feedback among the Dynamic Coalitions, along with the DC on Net Neutrality, and the most agreement with our ideas.
