In this issue we reflect on the tremendous achievements of the Budapest
Open Access Initiative, which celebrated its 15th anniversary this year. We
are delighted to announce a new agreement with Prio Infocenter AB to allow
institutions in 39 EIFL partner countries to subscribe to the URKUND
plagiarism checker at discounted rates. We share news from ongoing advocacy
for copyright reform to increase access to knowledge in Europe, and we
congratulate 19 public librarians selected to take part in the EIFL
