[Pal-dc] 1st draft for the DC main session (deadline Friday the 5th of October)

Dear all,

After last Friday's call with the IGF Secretariat, Dynamic Coalitions were prompted to provide a one pager document for their main session at IGF. The deadline for the final version of this document is October 19th.  However, we are encouraged to submit a draft of it by this Friday to show that we are interested in participating to the main session.

As described in the link below the main session will focus on "Development, Innovation & Economic Issues" with the focus on Sustainable Development Goals. In the document there are both proposed policy  questions and a structure we could follow but neither the structure nor the questions are prescriptive.

I have already received some suggestions from interested members and I encourage you all to participate. As always, I will be glad to collate our work together. Let me know if you have any questions.
