Find below the link to the final draft of the Public Access Toolkit. As many of you are aware, we have been working on it for quite sometimes and we incorporated all the comments received.
Please, send any additional suggestions to this draft by the 16th of November 2018. After that date, we will finalize it by including both your advices and the comments gathered during the 2018 DC-PAL session at IGF in Paris.
