[Pal-dc] High Level Panel on Digital Cooperation - LAC and Africa Dialogues

Dear all,

I'm aware that this is short notice, but those of you in the LAC and Africa regions may be interested in joining the regional dialogues set up by the UN Secretary-General's High Level Panel on Digital Cooperation.

In LAC, these will take place in Spanish (in about an hour...), and in English (same time next week): https://digitalcooperation.org/event/digital-cooperation-dialogues-2/
