Dear all,
The IFLA policy and advocacy team has been working on a briefing on community networks for libraries. The aim of this paper is to introduce the concept of community networks to libraries which haven’t had any experience with them; to explain why libraries should try to get involved in community network projects and suggest several ways they could help such projects.
We are now revising and editing the brief, so any comments or suggestions are appreciated! If any of you happen to know about other libraries or library associations involved in such projects, we would also be happy to hear about those and add them to the list of examples.
Many thanks,
Valensiya Dresvyannikova
