[Pal-dc] DC-PAL session at IGF 2019

Dear all,

We would like to invite you to the Open Session of the Dynamic Coalition on Public Access in Libraries during the 2019 IGF meeting in Berlin.
The session will take place on November 28th, at 15:00 in Raum IV of the Estrel Congress Center (Sonnenallee 225).

This year’s session (https://igf2019.sched.com/event/SU7A/dc-on-public-access-in-libraries-dc-pal) will focus on the role that public access in libraries plays in national connectivity strategies. The speakers will explore public access in libraries in several contexts - development policies, broadband plans and affordability strategies – and discuss examples of government policies which support and enable public access and library connectivity.
