[WSIS CS-Plenary] re: broad participation / participacion amplia

Hi all,
I'd like to reiterate a simple but important point that seemed to pass
unnoticed earlier:

The CS Bureau needs to be responsible for systematically inviting all
accredited CS organizations onto this plenary list (in their own language),
since it is the main coordination mechanism in between meetings. Can someone
connected to the Bureau take responsibility for making this happen?

Quisiera plantear de nuevo un punto sencillo pero importante que lanzaba
antes pero desaparecio:

SC Bureau tiene que ser responsable para invitar a todas organizaciones
acreditadas de la SC al lista plenary at wsis.cs.org (en sus propias idomas),
ya que es el mecanismo para coordinacion entre reuniones. ?Por favor alguien
conectada al Bureau asume responsibilidad para hacer eso?
