[WSIS CS-Plenary] Passes - The latest scandal

Richard writes wisely.  I will probably be just as happy to observe the 
plenaries from the overflow room or via webcast on my laptop rather 
than being trapped in the conference room.  There will be many more 
interesting events to attend and people to network with than at the 
plenaries.  Most of the statements will probably also be placed online 
fairly quickly too, so you are just fighting to be there when it is 
read out.
