[WSIS CS-Plenary] Overpasses during Summit - the need for coordination

might i remind everyone that 

- the # of overpasses is limited, and priority needs to be given to
those who strategically know how to use that access.

- as well, overpasses are transferable, so many people can give them to
others when they are outside of the room.


- lists should be compiled in such a way to eliminate duplication to
maximize the # of people who can be given overpasses.

- there has been NO coordination of the passes


taking these points into consideration , i want to try my best - do
whatever i can, so that at least from the NA/Europe/CIS region that i
represent on the CS bureau things can be coordinated.

thus, I would recommend, if it's ok with everyone that those making
lists of overpass requests coordinate and sort their lists to eliminate
duplication BEFORE sending to the plenary list and/or CS Secretariat. 

I am willing to help in this regard.  If anything, i'll just sort all
the lists and remove duplicates.

interested in hearing from others who willing to help coordinate this.
