[WSIS CS-Plenary] The view from the Geneva Palexpo

Dear Friends,

I just got back from the Geneva Palexpo to meet up with some of my 
volunteers and get registered for the WSIS.  I can not over-emphasize 
how large the facility is.  Bring comfortable shoes.

It' s still quite a mess over there, with the booths for ICT4D barely 
assembled and the plenary area still completely bare.  The registration 
area already had a long line!

The good news is that every registered participant gets a nice WSIS 
bookbag with some tasty WSIS chocolates inside.  So you can't say that 
you left the Summit empty-handed.
