dear all

I wanted to let you know that I will have very little time to manage these 
lists during the Summit and that:

- i will *not* be approving posts from people who are already subcribed to 
the list, but who post from different email addresses. If you receive a 
notification back from the list saying that a post of yours is awaiting 
approval - and you are subscribed to the list, resend your post from the 
subscribed address, or send another subscription request to:

- i will also *not* be approving posts from non-subscribers

- i will not approve duplicate postings (ie when several people post the 
same information)

- i will obvisouly approve new subscriptions

apologies if this is an inconvenience but it is a very time consuming task 
and i (and adam who continue to help on plenary) will simply not have the time.
