[WSIS CS-Plenary] The world Summit of Cities and Local Authorities on the information society ends today

The world Summit of Cities and Local Authorities on the information society has just released a final Declaration of principles and an Action Plan that is to be discussed in the following part of the summit. It might be worth to take a look on the documents, which are, for Guy Olivier Second, the Special Ambassador for the WSIS, of “ superior quality thant those debatted in Geneva”.
