[WSIS CS-Plenary] Agenda item for Wednesday morning Plenary mtg

Hi all,

I request a debate on civil society possible actions to express it's protest against official Declarations and POA be included on the agenda.

For exemple, why not organizing a kind of demo and join alternative CS like WSIS outside Palexpo ? (it's only a sugestion). But I believe we have to talk about that.
