[WSIS CS-Plenary] Network setting Civil Society Office

Hello, 

The network in the Civil Society office now works correctly.
Before only browsing was possible.

The network was completely reconfigured.
Now,  pop, smtp, ssh are possible.

Here the basic infos, for portables
Static adresses  195.65.142.216   to .222
( I took 216 )
Subnet mask 255.255.255.224
Gateway :  195.65.142.195
DNS servers : 164.128.36.34
                     .76.39
                     .36.54

The german civil society told me they are going to install a DHCP
server, a hub, and a local Wifi around 11AM.
