[WSIS CS-Plenary] URGENT : reminder for press contacts

As per Karen's earlier message, please send your contact person for the 
media as soon as possible to Karen (karenb at gn.apc.org) so that the press 
release with the civil society declaration can go out as soon as possible 
with contact people.   Ideally these are people who are easy to contact 
(with cell phone, by a land line or on wireless).
