[WSIS CS-Plenary] Free network working around the cs bureaus!

hi,

we buildt up a free wireless network around the cs bureaus! the name is
"civil net". we are not sure, how strong it is and we try to get it
stronger in the next hours. it´s an open network, all services available
like ssl, etc.
