Dear Mr. Murmann

It was very clear from the beginning that all messages had to be screened,
simply in order, among other, to avoid racist and xenophobe messages. The
screening was done by a team, which may sometimes (and in your case) have
been too strict. Another Message BLOCHER NO passed on the Jet d'eau (and
came into the newspapers in Geneva).

More information on the screening is contained in the last bulletin from Mr.
Gees, see attachment.

Kind regards

Hi all,

you may know the helloworldproject. For the WSIS summit a swiss artist got
a lot of money (near half a millon swiss francs, partly form a governmental
agency supporting cultural activities) to project with a huge laser e-mail
messages on mountains (Rio), buildings (NYC, Bombay) or the famous Jet
d'eau in Geneva.

This wednesday a raciste and xenophobe politician was elected into the
swiss government, Mr. Blocher. I sent an e-mail saying <BLOCHER- worst
case>.

I got the following message back :

Conclusion :

a very nice censorship (with public money) in a very democratic country.
