[WSIS CS-Plenary] Accreditation for Universities?

Who has obtained accreditation to WSIS
through their University?

The fields in the local authority category at
http://geneva2003.unige.ch/MEMBERS/registration.php
do not seem to fit public universities.
Did you just ignore the city hall part?

The secretariat has not given me a clear answer
on this.
