I agree with all yours remarks and proposition. It is also a personnal
opinion.
but what is the process to integrate the positions of the faraway members ?

C'est aussi une opinion personnelle... mais qu'advient-il dans le process
de prise de décisions, des membres qui n'ont pas pu faire le voyage.
