Sorry I haven't answered you. I had a very serious operation at the start
of April, and, as soon I was able, I had to go on three out-of-town trips
in succession.

There is nothing magical or mysterious about joining the media family.

When we meet during the intersession in Paris or at Prepcom 3 in Geneva,
the meeting times and places will be posted, and you should show up if you
are in town.

Aside from that, the media family/caucus agreed at Prepcom 2 to some very
general statements that were submitted to to-whom-it-may-concern, and there
has been almost no further discussion.

I anticipate we will review those statements at the intersession.

I hope this satisfies any desire you may have for litigation.
