Thanks for your offers ! Translation of the Human Rights Caucus  
documents in Spanish and Portuguese are more than welcome ! Please  
consider that these documents are obviously public, and their free  
dissemination is strongly encouraged.
In case a translation is ready, just let me know so that I can add it  
to the caucus web site.
