[WSIS CS-Plenary] SPEAKER NOMINATIONs -- Composition of the Ad Hoc Committee

All,

A few people have sent messages about being on the
Ad Hoc committee dealing with speaker nominations.

There needs to be broader discussion of this.

The idea that I put forward to the CT Coordinators
was to have the ad hoc committe be composed of
the regional caucus focal points.
Admittedly, there has been little discussion here.

It seems that major emphasis will be placed on region
distribution of speakers and a committee of the regional focal
points  would not be too large to make the process cumbersome.
