Discussion on Tunisia Phase of Summit has started
"Open-ended" intergovernmental working group set up on second phase
Geneva, 10 November 2003. The President of the WSIS announced yesterday 
that the government bureau will be forming an "open-ended" working group to 
consider the post-Geneva-to-Tunis phase of the summit. The Tunisian 
delegation today distributed a paper with some concrete proposals that hit 
considerable opposition at this stage of the process. More...

Civil Society focusing on own vision and strategic issues
Geneva, 10 November 2003. The Preparatory Committee (PrepCom) that met 
without a final agreement in September has resumed its meeting today. Civil
