The World Forum on Communication Rights is a one-day event taking place in
Geneva on 11th December 2003 at Palexpo alongside the World Summit on the
Information Society.  Its goal is to explore some key issues ignored by the
summit, and to open the agenda on what “communication rights” really mean on
the ground. Registration forms are available online in English, French and
Spanish...
