[WSIS CS-Plenary] press statement

Hi all
i read the press release and also the benchmarks and i want to express
congratulations to all the people there working hard in Geneva and also
people on virtual plenary and CT. 
 
Please, let me know if there's somebody already working on spanish versions,
if not, i could start with something.  (but let me know, so we do not
duplicate efforts)

Leí la presentación de prensa y los benchmarks y quisiera felicitar a toda
la gente que está trabajando duro allá en Ginebra y a la gente en plenario
virtual y en CT. 
 
Por favor,  diganme si alguien ya está trabajando con versiones al español ,
si no es así, podría empezar con algo! (avisenme, así no duplicamos
esfuerzos)
