Regards the Bureau list. To clarify: there are two lists

- one which we setup - Bureau at wsis-cs.org. As far as i understand, this is 
not really the decision-making space, but some information is sent to it. 
The archives are public and available here:

- one the CSD setup - bureau at geneva2003.org. I don't believe the archives 
are public and i'm not sure if there is any info publically available about 
this list.

Bureau reps - could someone clarify for us the status of the 
bureau at geneva2003.org list - is there any public information about it, are 
the archives available, and if so, are they public or private.
