[WSIS CS-Plenary] URGENT: Information on Fellowships

Hello all,

I would also like to echo Valeria and Beatriz call, I am not aware of any/if
there are positive responses from the Africa caucus myself included, it
seems hard to tell who if anyone got a positive response.

The bureau should tell us how many fellowships have been awarded and to what
caucuses - seems the criteria again is letting us down if people who have
been active in the process are again going to find themselves in dire
straights when it comes to attending the summit and due process...

Already no time is left and the ticket prices are getting worse by the day,
tentative bookings now will have to cancelled and who knows what else..
