So: 

If we have a consensus to read the CS press statement from 14 November
in plenary at the beginning of PC3B, can the people who already arrive
on Thursday arrange a meeting later that day and sort out among
themselves who will read it next morning?

And please, to all: 
We have roughly 9000 registered participants at the summit. 
It just doesn't work if everybody announces his or her arrival here on
this list.
