  The www.wsis-online.net community platform will have an online database of all participants. You will be able to post your contact information (email, cell, text messenging, etc.) as well as other information about your activities at the Summit. More importantly you will be able to search for other participants' contact information to network, set up meetings, etc.

    that way we'd avoid overwhelming this (and other lists), but have in
    it's place a centralized location where we'd be able to goto to contact
    collegues.

    For what it's worth - i'll make my Wiki Site available (see URL below),
    however i'm not sure it's the most efficient mechanism.
