[WSIS CS-Plenary] Summit registration and fellowships

I did get the same after the registration.  I just went to the fellowship page: http://geneva2003.unige.ch/bourse/registration.php

There is nothing there that says you should give any information that should have been given by the registration secretariat.  I just filled the form.  I suggest we do just that.
