First, an apology to bertrand as i did in fact setup a list at the time he 
requested, then discussions started, and i never wrote back to clarify the 
status of the list.

bertrand, you would have received list manager details at the time? (if 
not, please write in email..)

no doubt you'll address the concerns and take on board the comments in 
plenary in relation to the nature of the list..
