hi

i've done some updating of BASIC information on the www.wsis-cs.org 
website. Where i have information in spanish or french i will put it online.

If people think that the basic information is useful enough we could see if 
the translation team could translate some pages.

I won't be doing much more updating of this website in the next month, so 
if there are any glaring errors, gaps, critical additions, let me know by 
email soon..
