[WSIS CS-Plenary] Query on distribution of CS materials at the Summit

Dear Louise, Alain and Liliane,

I have heard that there are some concerns surrounding screening of materials to 
be distributed at the Summit proper (Hall 1), and that there's an approval 
process. Is this true? Will NGOs and CSOs who have accreditation be subject to 
this process? What will happen to newsletters such as the youth caucus' 
bulletin?

Are the rules applied to ICT4D exhbitors only for those without accreditation. 
The rule seems to be:
"Distribution of literature or other items is strictly subject to ITU's 
approval during the Summit; such distributions are limited to one's specific 
stand at ICT4D and to the project presented there. See articles 9 and 13 of the 
Exhibition regulations." 

Please clarify as this will affect a lot of us and our effective participation 
at the Summit.
