[WSIS CS-Plenary] RT Speakers

Adam:

the CS bureau discussed speaking slots at the summit and the importance to
devise a policy, a process, so that we could use to select people.

both al alegre and I have supported this - however, little if no movement
has occured in getting it done.

I will be in geneva the first week in nov (week before prepcom 3a) and
will likely meet louise and others from the wsis secretarait. i will try
to get as much details from them as possible and forward it to the cs
bureau and the cs pleanry so that we can quickly devleop a process that is
as open and transparent as possible to select the people who will be the
cs speakers at the summit events
