  Dear Friends,

As we get closer to the November "Prepcom IIIa" from Nov 10-14, it is becoming clear that many civil society organizations will have difficulty sending their representatives at this time. As I understand it, there is no formal accreditation procedure for the November meeting, so even the secretariat does not have a list of who is coming.

If you know who from your organization is coming, perhaps you could reply to this list so that people know which sectors, caucuses, regions and individuals are going to be there. More importantly, we can figure out which groupings will NOT be there in November, and try to work out mechanisms to represent their issues and concerns in their absence.

Oh, and I do plan on being at the November prepcom IIIa, at least from Monday until Thursday.

  Regards,
