Dear Friends,

We are exactly TWO weeks away from Prepcom IIIa, taking place November
10-14 in Geneva!

Here is a list of individuals coming to Prepcom IIIa that have
identified themselves on the CS plenary email list:

Richard Jordan <richardjordan at lycos.com>
Georg C. F. Greve <greve at fsfeurope.org>
Michel Egger, Swiss Coalition of Development Organizations
<mm.egger at bluewin.ch>
Adam Jantunen, TakingITGlobal / ICFTU <adam at takingitglobal.org>
Ralf Bendrath, Heinrich Boll foundation
<ralf.bendrath at sfb597.uni-bremen.de>
Stéphanie Dupuy, OIDEL <dupuys at lu.unisi.ch>
Francis F. MUGUET, MDPI Foundation, <muguet at mdpi.org>
<muguet at ensta.fr>
Adel El Zaïm, <adel.elzaim at canti.com> - UNCONFIRMED
Monthian Buntan <mbuntan at tab.or.th>
Karen Banks, APC <karenb at gn.apc.org>
Wolfgang Kleinwächter <wolfgang at imv.au.dk> 	only Wednesday-Friday
Rik Panganiban, WFM <rikp at bluewin.ch>	only Monday-Thursday
Renata Bloem, CONGO <rbloem at ngocongo.org>
Bertrand de la Chapelle, OpenWSIS <lachapelle at openwsis.org>

Obviously there are more NGOs who will be there in November who have
not gotten around to replying to the listserv yet. But I thought it
would be helpful for people to see who is definitely going to be there.

By the way, here is the information on registering for Prepcom IIIa
from the Secretariat (WSIS/PC-3/ADM/8):

> On-site registration
> The registration desk will be located inside the main entrance of the
> CICG and will be open at the following times:

> hours
>
> Participants who have attended the PrepCom-3 meeting in September are
> automatically considered as pre-registered for the PrepCom-3 resumed
> session, unless otherwise informed by the organizations/entity they
> represent. Participants who did not attend the PrepCom-3 meeting in
> September are requested to complete and return a registration form
> (see  )
> Pre-registered persons are requested to proceed to the registration
> desk and present an official identity document (e.g. passport or
> driving licence) to obtain their badge.

>

If people would be interested in meeting on Sunday, perhaps we could
meet at registration at 5pm and go somewhere from there?
