Thank you for organizing this head count of participants.  I too will be
attending the resumed PrepCom IIIa.  My registration for PrepCom III was
with International Possibilities Unlimited (IPU), an ECOSOC accredited
NGO.  However, my registration for the Summit is with Orbicom -- the
UNESCO International Network of Chairs and Associates in Communication.
I will transmit my travel dates later, but will plan to be there for the
entire period.  I look forward to seeing you all.
