[WSIS CS-Plenary] Orientation Session 14 September

Dear all,

as previously announced, CONGO will host an orientation session on Sunday,
14 September, preceding PrepCom-3. The session will be held at the Geneva
International Conference Centre (CICG) in room 3/4. Please find the program
and registration form attached and mark if you want to take lunch at the
cafeteria. They would open if enough persons register.  I look forward to
seeing you all there.
