[WSIS CS-Plenary] CS Structures - ESP

Many thanks to Juan Carlos Sendín Gutiérrez for his translation of the CS Basic Structures document. However, we noticed an error in the Spanish text that may lead to confusion since "WSIS" is translated as the World Forum on Communication Rights (Foro Mundial sobre los Derechos a la Comunicación). 

We have corrected the text which is available at http://www.globalcn.org/en/article.ntd?id=1698&sort=1.24 or in the Word document attached.

Muchas gracias a Juan Carlos Sendín Gutiérrez por la traducción del documento sobre las estructuras básicas de la SC. Hemos sin embargo detectado un error en el texto en español que puede llevar a confusión, dado que "WSIS" fue traducido por Foro Mundial sobre los Derechos a la Comunicación, en vez de Cumbre mundial sobre la sociedad de la información (CMSI).
