[WSIS CS-Plenary] Does Input lead to Impact? Document analysis now available for Action Plan

Hi all,

the group around Wolfgang Kleinwächter and Frithjof Finkbeiner has
produced another comparative analysis of the draft documents from Paris,
our input, and the latest draft from Geneva. 

This time it's on the ACTION PLAN. :-)

As Rik has suggested, someone really should do a fourth column and check
how much of the private sector input ended up in the latest drafts.
